SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We would love to ship our boxes for free, but at this time there is a per box additional shipping charge.
We try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
As soon as we finish putting together your gift box, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
We will send you another email to let you know that your order has been delivered.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of each hand packed box all gift boxes purchased are final sale. If by chance an item arrives damaged, we will be happy to assist you. Kindly send us an email at contact@giftiqueinc.com within the first 3 days of receipt. We will do our best to make things right.

We love working together with our customers to create custom gift boxes. Our team can expertly design thoughtful and memorable gifts for your clients, employees, event guests, and residents.

We realize that most of our gift boxes will be sent directly to the recipient and therefore we will never include a receipt or invoice in your order.
